Delivery
- We provide Express shipping, which delivers the goods to you(“customer”) within 3-5 working days. Track your parcel with your shipping number provided in your email. Through the courier service website. Your goods may be delayed referring to 6.iii.2. In such instances you may expect delay in order delivery or we may refund your money to you. (Depending on the events).
- Your information of delivery status, your shipment number and other delivery information will be emailed to you.
- We do not deliver to any PO BOX.
- If there is a change to delivery date or time, please notify BEST MOBILE PHONE AU 24 hours prior to shipping of the goods. OR else, if the goods are shipped we cannot cancel or change the address.

- When you purchase the goods through BEST MOBILE PHONE AU, you agree to comply with delivery requirements specified below:
- Please make sure when the person who made the purchase through BEST MOBILE PHONE AU is present at the address receiving the order.
- When receiving the goods, you may be asked to sign and prove your identification for verification purposes.
- The goods will be shipped at the address provided by you(“customer”).
- Delivery will be made by the courier team, we will request and confirm the address with you before shipping. OR when entering the shipping address please enter the correct address.
- Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), BEST MOBILE PHONE AU will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of the delivery of the Goods, including, where arising as a result of:
- any third party interference;
- any late or lost deliveries; or (c) the Goods being misdirected.

Best Mobile Phone provides 7 days return policy.
Best Mobile Phone provides 1 year warranty to all products.
Standard Return Policy:
Best Mobile Phone provides 7 days return policy commencing from the moment of arrival to the customer’s address. Refunds and replacements depend on the condition of the goods. (10% Minimum Restocking fee plus Shipping) Please see the following terms for more details.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS:
If you want to return the goods that are NON-defective within 7 days after their arrival to your address, the original factory box of the item must not be opened and remain sealed as originally arrived. In such a case, you must return the goods to receive a full refund as per the RMA. (10% Minimum Restocking fee plus Shipping)
(7 days free return does not include CN versions /Chinese version phones. Because they are not sealed packed and need to install Google manually)
If the package/box of the item is opened, then a 15% to 35% restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the box and accessories. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
If the goods have been used or have any missing packaging or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% to 50%. The exact amount of the fee will depend on the condition of the returned goods that will be thoroughly inspected by our technicians. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS:
If the goods are found to be factory defective within 7 days after arriving at the customer’s address, customers are entitled to either a full refund or replacement. Please note that Best Mobile Phone technicians will inspect the phone to verify the issue. If needed, the item will be shipped to the manufacturer for an official statement that it is indeed a factory defect. Only then will the refund/replacement take place. If goods are found to be not faulty, then the customer will cover shipping costs both ways.
The customer will have to return the device with all original accessories and the original box. If the goods have any missing or damaged accessories and box, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or for any missing item, a restocking fee will be applied of up to 15% to 30%. The exact amount of the fee will depend on the condition of the returned goods that will be thoroughly inspected by our technicians.
Additionally, the customer must ship the item to Best Mobile Phone within 3 business days after receiving the RMA.
Warranty:
If the goods are found to be faulty after 7 days and within 1 year of arrival at the customer’s address, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, or we can arrange a courier to bring them to our office upon request, together with relevant invoice and Best Mobile Phone can arrange for repair services. Post-fault investigation and within the specified warranty period, Best Mobile Phone repair service will be actioned at our discretion (please see Exclusions below) within 14 to 28 working days, at no cost to the customer after we receive the package.
Best Mobile Phone technicians will inspect the phone to verify the issue. If needed, the item will be shipped to the manufacturer for an official statement that it is indeed a factory defect. If the goods are not faulty, then the customer will cover shipping costs both ways.
If Best Mobile Phone cannot repair the item within this period, we will replace the item. If we do not have suitable Stock to replace, we will source an equal alternative upon agreement with the customer or offer credit for the next purchase. For repair services covered by the warranty, Best Mobile Phone will bear the cost of shipping the goods back to the customer. Please contact our Customer Service to request an RMA and follow the instructions to authorise the return of goods. Please refer to the Returns section below for details.
To issue a refund to the customer for defective goods, the customer will have to return the device with all original accessories and the original box. If the goods have any missing or damaged accessories and box, a restocking fee of up to 15% to 30% will be applied. The exact amount of the fee will depend on the condition of the returned goods, which will be thoroughly inspected by our technicians.
CN / CHINESE Version OR Spec Phones
Chinese Brand Can have both the Global version and the CN version,
This only applies to the Cn Version; for example, Oneplus 12 has both global and Chinese versions.
Best Mobile Phone also provides a 1-year warranty for all the CN version phones.
CN version phones do not come with Google Play Store as Google is BAN in China, so Best Mobile Phone have to hire 3rd party to install Google Play Store or Flash Global rom. So, the phone will not be sealed pack.(customer can request a sealed pack if they want to install the google play store themselves )
Best Mobile Phone does not guarantee that all Google Apps will work on CN version phones and Google apps and Google play store is not covered under warranty for Chinese Version Phones. Any other problem will be covered under warranty same as Global or International versions. See 2.3 the standard warranty coverage.
After 1-year warranty
If the goods are found to be faulty after 1 Year of arrival at the customer’s address, Best Mobile Phone is not responsible for the customer’s goods or services. The customer is responsible for obtaining a repair/replacement. The customer must contact the manufacturer of the goods to arrange a repair/replacement if possible. It is recommended that the customer verify if the goods still hold the manufacturer's warranty. The customer must bear all the repair fees and other additional expenses.
Best Mobile Phone AU can still help out customers after warranty at customer request, but customers must bear all shipping and spare part costs.
Standard Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing software malfunction
- Manufacturer or hardware defects
- More than three dead pixels
- All parallel imported mobile phones will work with a GSM network, but extra settings, such as WAP, PXT, etc., are not guaranteed support.
Standard Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Any damages were unrelated to manufacturing defects.
- Product malfunction or damage resulting from liquids or moisture.
- Customers are advised to check with their network companies before purchasing any goods to see if that product is compatible with their local network. As all phones are designs to be work with all networks and sometimes it’s network’s fault that there are not enough signals. In that case Best Mobile Phoneis at no fault.
- CID (Customer Induced Damage) and NDF (No Defect Found). The customer will be notified of CID and NDF status when the RMA inspection process is completed.
- If any device has physical damage, then the warranty is automatically void. Best Mobile Phone is no longer responsible to fix anything which is covered under warranty once any device has physical damage.
- Some brands do not make phones for Australia for example Xaiomi, Oneplus, etc etc, so for any international model Best Mobile Phone does not guarantee that MMS, VOLTE or NFC will work 100%.
- The product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified without official permission. Tampering, rooting, modification, or removal of the serial number label shall immediately void the applicable warranty.
Any Physical damage to the device is not covered by Best Mobile Phone. For example, broken screen, broken back camera. - 8. Phone Updates and bugs.
From Time to time all devices will have updates. In some rare cases an update might cause some problems. If that is the case, Best Mobile Phone Australia is not liable for the fix as the only fix is a new update by the manufacturing company. - Software defects. Damage caused by applications or firm wares that are not compatible with the device. Any damage made by changes in the phone’s software configurations like ROM / OS flash, roots, bootloaders, etc.
