All orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days once payment is processed and it takes 3 to 5 days to be delivered by DHL Premium express, Fedex, orTOLL to customers. Customers can expect to receive their ordered product within 3 to 6 days after order is shipped. (remote area may take longer) Whole Tasmania and Northern Territory is included in the remote area.

Best Mobile Phone will provide a tracking number to all its customers within 1 to 2 working days once the order is placed and payment is received.

Best Mobile Phone is only liable to deliver to the address provided by the customer and provide tracking number once dispatched.
Customers will receive 2 notification emails, one when the order is shipped and the 2nd email will be for tracking from the courier company.
If a customer didn’t receive tracking they can email us for the tracking information and they will get between 12 to 24 hours.
Any special instructions are the customer’s responsibility to arrange with the courier company after they receive their tracking number. ( For example, Leave at the back door, don’t deliver on weekends, Signature delivery or pick up from the facility ect ect.)

Unless Best Mobile Phone needs to do verification of the transaction then our IT Security Manager will Email within 1 to 2 working days for verification.
