Return Policy

Any device (mobile) purchased through Best mobile phone comes with free 7 Days return. You can claim full refund or free exchange of item value (Excluding Shipping fees) on unopened items. The item must be sent back to our nominated address provided byBest mobile phone and the customer must bear the shipping fees.

Items that have been used or opened attracts stocking fees.The amount is generally depending upon condition and is provided after receipt and assessment. More full details below.

1.Free return policy
All orders(mobile) come with free 7 days return You can claim a full refund or exchange of the item value (excluding shipping fees) on unused or unopened items. Customersmust bear the shipping cost to Best mobile phone warehouse. If the device box is opened or the original packaging has been damaged there will be restocking fess from 20%or more depending on the condition of the device. Once Best mobile phone has the device our inspection team will inspect the device weather the device falls under the free 7 days return policy or not. If the device is used or been opened the restocking fees will be informed to the customersthrough email by Best mobile phone. If the customer changed their mind or do not want to pay the restocking fees and the device will be shipped back and however customer will be liable to the shipping fees.

Note: All Refunds will process within 8-10 days.

  1. 2.Return of a Wrongly Delivered Item
    If we deliver the wrong products, you are entitled to a return under this clause. You must notify us within 2 Days of receiving the orders and you may opt for an exchange. The device must be returned in the same original condition received.

3.Return of a Faulty Item. DOA item

For example if your device is dead on arrival (DOA) within 2 days receiving the merchandise, you are eligible for a return. Customers need to contact us on [email protected]. Upon approval, we will arrange courier service to pick up the faulty item(s) from you from the delivery address of your order (unless otherwise specified). Once we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed.

4.Missing Items.
If you find your package is missing an item or your product is missing an accessory upon receiving the parcel please contact us within 48 hours on [email protected] .our customer support will open a case to investigate the issue.

Usually, all order is shipped after 2-3 days after customer placed an order unless there is any other certain issue appears. Kindly Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders containing only accessories may take longer to deliver than mobile device orders. This is due to the postal network as small items are sent by regular, tracked post.

  2. The device original batteries have been replaced with third batteries or tampered batteries.
  3. The device parts are replaced by third party parts.

  5. Loss or damage of data stored in your device.

Any replaced item does not have renewal in warranty period. If we are unable to procure the same product, Best mobile phone will provide you with an equivalent product that matches the specifications and capabilities of the unrepairable device.
